FOUNDER/PRESENTER

Having spent seventeen years as a marriage and family therapist, Dr. Brenton G. Yorgason is a nationally noted keynote speaker. Founder of The Lighthouse Insitute, he addresses organizations on the topic of CAPTURING YOUR DREAMS: Experiencing Change from the Inside Out. He is also a part-time instructor at Brigham Young University.

Dr. Yorgason received a PhD in family studies and marriage and family thereapy. In addition to motivational speaking and personal guidance as a life balance coach, he has authored or co-authored over eighty books. Twenty-five of these have been biographies. One of the books he co-authored, The Thanksgiving Promise, was produced into a made-for-television movie by Disney Studios.

Kathy Ludlow Smith, author, educator, and business manager, has experienced unusual business success. She has served as CEO, CFO, and COO, and has directed all aspects of company management including marketing, sales, accounting, shipping, product development, customer relations, and office management. As part of her stewardship, she has coordinated a national sales force and managed the growth of one company from its inception into its industry-leading stature as a multi-million dollar business. A former elementary school teacher, Ms. Smith has also taught adult consumer and family education courses. In addition, she has served as a researcher and editor. Happily married, and a successful mother of three, she brings a rich blend of creativity and business acumen to this position.

MANAGER/PACIFIC RIM
PRESENTER

Pamela Carrington Reid is an author, educator and designer. She is also a biographer. Her fascination with people and places has been the basis for a varied career in writing, product and fashion design, and seminar presentation.

Pamela holds a degree in Arts from the University of Auckland, in New Zealand. She is currently completing a Master's degree with the thesis focusing on Life History Creative Writing.

A former high school teacher, Pamela has also taught Marriage Enrichment and Writinig seminars. Happily married to her husband, Paul, and the mother of five children, she is an incurable romantic. She lives with a passion to help others "recapture" their romance.

Pamela is an accomplished professional speaker and presenter and will thrill your audience with her New Zealand warmth and wit.

PRESENTER

Mary Stosich, author and presenter, is a welcome administrator for our firm. Her love, humor, and association with people have guided her through a variety of professional endeavors. She developed a prestigious pre-school, she has worked with drug and alcohol-addicted youth, and she has been a liaison between birth mothers and adoptive parents. She has taught piano, she has been an image consultant, and has attended the University of Idaho and Boise State University. She recently completed her B.S. in Family and Human Development from Brigham Young University.

Mary has worked as a researcher/writer for a university web site, and she is a Certified Family Life Educator and Life Coach. She is a witty, charming motivational speaker. Happily married for the past thirty years, she is a mother of five. She can assist you with your seminar needs and is a dynamic keynote and/or banquet speaker as well as a seminar presenter.
